Milex sell ******* inferior products stay away

As you will first note the business never reply to our complaints. I bought a new 25l airfryer in May 2023 only. For caravan use. I used it 3 to 4 times only to make toast when the knob fell off now I am waiting since 7 September for collection to have knob REPAIRED and I cannot use over without the knob as far as I know the consumer law says replacement or money back within 6 months. Milex sell the biggest ******* and after service is zero NEVER EVER buy from them. There is a Bongiwe that just keep on saying sorry because courier don't collect, this is not acceptable I am going to take legal action against this ***** company
