milex sa **** service and units

i am absolutely discussed with with this , my until was not even 1 year it started rusting , sent it back to get a call from game stating that that milex said they cant do anything i paid over R3800.00 for this , and that i need to pick this unit up how in the world can the rust be my fault its purely to do with the unit.

i will not leave this i will take this up with who ever i can.
