MILEX PRODUCTS VERY BAD QUALITY

Purchased a carpet washing machine, it doesn't wash at all, my carpets are even more dirty after an attempt. Sent it back, they are refusing to refund me, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are selling ******* and the reviews on site is **** **** ****!!!
