Milex and Snatcher online

I purchased an Milex air fryer in March (through Snatcher online) In June I reported the unit as faulty. After much effort, Snatcher collected the unit and I waited two months for it. Upon receipt the unit was so badly damaged that it was wobbly on the counter top. I've been struggling ever since to get feedback from either parties.
