Milex airfryer with rotisserie is a letdown

I would not recommend buying at this Company, Homemark or any company who stocks the Milex products. They are full of promises when you buy the item, but afterwards their service become non existent . I bought a Milex airfryer at Homemark, and after one month when I complained about the top elements not turning red anymore, they told me I use it wrongly, while I know perfectly on which settings it's supposed to turn red. Complaining doesn't help, emailing their sevice centre doesn't help. I Will never recommend this company to anyone. If there was a minus 1 star rating I would love used this rating
