Mikex airfryer

Bought a Milex 25 L Airfryer Within the first month of using the product the non stick coating of the pan came off. The person I was in contact with at Milex was very rude and started our conversation off by accusing me of wrong doing. I am to return the whole unit for them to look into what the problem could be. Why not just replace the pan
