Infrared Heater 2000W

Be very careful buying a Milex product if anything breaks once its out of warranty. Our Infrared heater 2000w element broke was sent in for repairs. Heater was still working order when sent into Head Office they don't follow up or let you know what is going on either. When.calling to find out told its unrepairable which is not true. The truth is they have no STOCK of the element available, they still advertising the product as well but it is out of STOCK AS WELL. It a great heater as well. There no service from Head Office or feed back from them as well. If your product breaks will not be guaranteed to be fixed or repaired. Very DISAPPOINTED as buying a product that broke and should be repairable they don't bother at all. Very disappointed customer doubt buy a Milex product in a hurry.
