Inferior / Defective product

To whom it may concern,

I have purchased a Milex airfryer via Takealot on the 17th of May 2022. I have logged a return with them due to the following reasons:

1.) The copper non stick coating is starting to peel after just 3 months and we are cleaning the basket as per the manual instructions

2.) The basket is now becoming a battle to get out of the drawer

Furthermore, the overall quality of your basket is disappointing to say the least.

I cannot see myself buying a new basket every 3 months. What is your returning policy with regard to a situation such as this? As mentioned, I bought your brand but via Takelot I have logged a return with them but would lpve your input.
