Home mark Cresta poor service :(

I can't believe the customer service I'm getting from Home mark Cresta. I sent my iron for repairs. Iron was fixed, I was charged and asked what part they had replaced which justifies the charged amount, I was told if I don't want to pay they can sent the iron back and remove the part. Am I wrong for asking what part was replaced? I then asked to get the tracking number so I can call the repair Centre myself, was given the same response. I'm here wondering what should be the next step!
