Good service from Home Mart Cresta

Yesterday I purchased a Milex 2 drawer air-fry machine at Makro. Today upon opening it I found the instructions for setting it up somewhat confusing as they say that there are handles on the crisping tray and that the tray must be installed handles upwards. There are no visible handles on the model I bought and was unable to contact the call centre of Milex (Home Mart) as it is a public holiday. I called Makro but the department concerned did not answer their extension. I resorted to going to their shop a Cresta where the two ladies, Jess and Connie there were so helpful and even opened one and agreed that there were no handles on the crisping plate. My rating of 5* is for the ladies in the store not to the product.
