Faulty products

I bought a product from Milex (nano plug) for R395. The plug was delivered (I bought it because it started to get cold and I needed a heater for the winter). I used it maybe for 2 weeks then it stopped working. I phone the number on their website just to find out it is Homemark. The plug was send back to them and now 15 days later the winter get colder and colder but you wait weeks for a real answer or refund. I will never buy through the Milex website ever. Will not even buy a Milex product again.
