Deposit unpaid

We were staying at Milestone building and we decided to not renew our lease and we were demanded to vacate the apartment before 10am on 31 which we did. The inspection was done on the apartment and no damages were found. They promised us the deposit money will be deposited into our account around the 15. Till to date we still fighting to get our deposit back. When we go their offices they say that they closed for December.
