I bought a base and mattress on 21 March 2023. Company: Bedding & Furniture *** *** Specification: Double bed Bamboo matress with spring and foam - not just foam Base I got a quote which included a 2 year guarantee and a 7 year warranty for R2100 Bed was delivered way passed the arranged time. Delivery was done with an old rusted LDV. My questions started in my mind if this was a good choice... After delivery, I found fault with the base where 6 claws must be fitted for the base to stand on. I had the following conversation with the company: Miles Bedding started: Apologies for the delay. Thanks for being patient with us I brought the following under their attention: And the middle "claws" of the base don't have holes where I can fit the claws..... 🤷♀️ Will keep this on record as I have just put it under the base in the middle...... No man!!!! Apart from being late for work, I'm very disappointed for the delivery being so late! Informed them on 16 April 2023 about the bed bugs and matress making "dumps" where I'm sleeping and not getting back to it's original shape. (Not even a month later...?) I was told it would be taken up with the Manager the next day - Monday 17 April. A week has passed and no one ever got back to me with this bargain base and mattress being under 2 year guarantee and 7 year warranty.... Don't ever buy something from this company - even if it's for free!!!!! Strange - I was warned before this transaction by another lady of another bedding company and I didn't pay full attention!
