Unfinished Work compromised our security

<p>We contracted Mildo Projects to install aluminium windows and 2 x doors at our house. The work was scheduled to commence on the 23 May 2017. On the 23 May I received a call from Cheyenne asking if they could start the work on the 24 May - reluctantly I agreed. 5minutes laterI then called home to inform them to put the curtains back up because the work was only going to start the next day - to my suprise Cheyenne had called my wife to say they were now coming to start the installations, why she did not call the same person she had told she was no longer coming perplexes me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The windows were installed neat and clean over 5 days, The doors were also installed but they had to remove the buglar gate in order to do the installation and as of today (Monday 12 June 2017 they have not come back to re-install the buglar gate and have left our security compromised. Apparently we have to pay for the removal and reinstallation of the buglar gates - what hogwash- that's like paying a mechanic to reinsatll your wheel after changing your break pads!</p> <p>They have apparently scheduled this work for the 14th of June which is completely unacceptable considering we live in a stand alone house in a crime infested Midrand area.</p> <p>True to her ways, Cheyenne has not bothered to inform us when they will be returning since we last indicated that the 14th of June was not acceptable. of course she has collected all payments upfront so i guess we dont matter anymor, she is busy double booking the installation team for other jobs.</p> <p>Mildo Projects offers bad customer service and they will not call you unless you call them, and if you don't find the person you are looking for - you'll have to call until you get them. The installation team know their story but the admin and customer care is beyond terrible. I will not recommend Mildo projects for major work where you are likely to have complications and have to liase with Admin/Ofiice staff.</p>
