Terrible work ethic from staff member

If I could give 0 stars I would, I called there for business on a professional capacity only to have the phone dropped in my ear, which I found extremely rude. the phone was crackling but I think the persons name may have been Eugene who sounded either like a colored or Afrikaans man, and when I am able to get in contact with the owner I will be sure make sure the relevant person gets dealt with, you simply can not treat anybody like that regardless of who they are or where they call from. If you don't want to speak to the person you tell them politely, you don't drop the phone in their ear, it is childish and pathetic and better be dealt with accordingly. How a company can keep someone like that in their employment is besides me. Flipping ridiculous
