Unresolved case since July 2023!

It's been 1 year 6 months and my case with Milaw is still not resolved. After I completed the payment of over R6000 to them. I completed and submitted all documents required a few times and every time they respond by saying it's not complete. I ended up going into their office in Longstreet and was told that the person who was in charge of my account had resigned a few months ago. They failed to inform me and handover my account to someone else to continue. I was taken into a room with a different person, and she promised to resolve the matter. It's again been a few months nothing from her either. "I WANT MY MONEY BACK" I have all the names of people I spoke to on calls, emails, and in person. If this doesn't help. The next review will include names.
