Unacceptable delay and lack of communication from MiLaw Legal

I am extremely disappointed with MiLaw Legal’s service. I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month, and every follow-up brings a new excuse.

First, I was told the person who handled my refund resigned — yet nobody from MiLaw thought it necessary to inform me. I spent three weeks trying to get anyone to respond. Now I’m told the only person who can process refunds is on leave for the week.

This level of service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. My refund amount is not pocket change, and it’s frustrating to be ignored for so long.
