Removal of Debt review Flag.

Im a client who paid the fees for debt romaval flag. The lady that handles my case resign last year and I was told someone lese was taking over. More than a year later I didn't hear a thing on the removal of the debt review flag. Had i been ****med? Is this company really helping?
