Refund Client

My experience with Milaw legal is not convincing at the moment I need them to help remove my name on dept review and Zintle was available to assist and we did the process I really don't know what she did of which that a once off deduction deducted twice on my account and now they are stressing me on my refund for the wrongfully deduction and I provided all the necessary documents as proof that they deducted twice and there's a lack of communication on updating me about my refund and this is causing a lot of stress because I'm on arrears now on other accounts and my policy not paid up because of this no update on Zintle and no response on the emails I sent for refund and I would really like to thank Angel for your stepping up and she took the matter to Somila and I forgot who else and thank Tyra for updating me, waiting for Angel on refund update on Tuesday,regret being helped by someone who lack on updating a client no follow up nothing this incident happened on the 29th she mention to put this on an emergency but till today no refund on the amount that was wrongfully deducted,Angel you gave me hope I'm still hoping I will be refunded
