Milaw refund client

Hi Milaw still not refunding me they keep on saying they will refund me with the amount that double deduct on my account and it seems like they won't refund it the form that I signed say 10 working days and it is more than those days u keep on calling them everyday it still the same, what a bad service and I'm waiting for something that they know they won't refund it,a once off deduction of R2000 and they double deducted they took R 4000 people need to be carefull with their accounts coz I trusted them and now I have to call everyday with no luck
