MiLaw legal doesn't care for its clients

Dear Hello Peter.

I started the process in September 2023 to be removed from debt review and paid the law firm in full to assist with the matter. The matter went to court and MiLaw legal submitted all the approved documents to the NCR to update my credit profile however the advised MiLaw that they require The case number and Court stamp on the NOM, this feedback was provided to MiLaw on 3 May however MiLaw have not provided the corrected documents to the NCR. I e-mail and follow up with however they do not respond or keep me updated of what's happening. Sad that I have paid for a such terrible service and for a process to be running for almost a year.
