Lack of communication after payment!!!

I'm not impressed with the lack of communication from your end , I have tried numerous times to get in touch with you and to no avail. I have paid for a service that you claimed would be efficient and effective yet here I am with no certificate that I was promised and no communication. Please if you cannot deliver your service give me a refund before I escalate this matter, I'm really not happy.
