I was assisted by Linda Ngwenya, she was very friendly and patient and explained most of what I was asking...I would have given them a 5 if it was the end of my process but this rating is for the service I received for starting the process of joining them...hopefully it stays like this throughout the experience. I will be giving another review at the end of the services provided.
