Frustrated

I am so frustrated with this company, I have never received such lack of accountability and non feedback with any company I have every engaged with. My matter has not even gone to court for nearly 4 months because they are awaiting feedback from the 'corresponding attorneys' on the court date. I am so frustrated because my life is at a stand still while they promised me they would assist me.
