Bad experience from milaw legal

Bad experience with milaw legal I'm still a highly disappointed client of milaw legal, called the lady who's assisting me by the name Mamello yearstaday she told me my file is stuck with her until she gets a certain number of files so that she can send them as banch to the lawyers, what I really don't understand is why is my file stuck with her while already paid my fee a long time ago now its 11th month still waiting for my file to be sent to court for my name to be removed from debtors review, but now SIM like my file in order to be sent to court depending on how many people join milaw legal hence been told waiting for certain number! Can someone please at milaw legal remove Mamello from my case hence she just told me that might wait for a year till my case resolved eish 🤔🤔🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
