Bad Customer service
Poor customer service. The consultants(Bongi,Trya,Nolungelo and Sinazo) make promises and not keep them. When you call the call centre they all give you a different lie instead of assisting. They double debited me and now they are giving me the run arounds when I am supposed to be refunded.
The team leader/manager don't return my calls as well.
I am not happy at all and my issue is still not resolved!!
