Milan Wall Interior

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a company trading as Milano Wall Interior, owned by Trevor. After four weeks of back‑and‑forth communication, the workmanship on the TV wall unit I paid R21,500 for was far below acceptable standards. The materials used were cheap, the finish was poor, and the final product is an eyesore in my home. When I raised these issues and asked for accountability, Trevor eventually blocked me on WhatsApp and social media instead of resolving the matter. I will now have to remove the unit at my own cost and will be opening a formal civil case regarding this experience.
