Poor Workmanship and NO WARRANTY ON THERE WORK.

On the 09/01/2020 i was involved in an accident on the N1 highway during heavy rains, i called my insurance @iWYZE and i logged a claim i was assisted by Bianca from the claims department ***.

My damage was front end and the radiator , fan , air flow , front bumper , lights , was damage.

My vehicle was taken to @milano panelbeaters in Pretoria west to be fixed, i only received my vehicle back on the 26/02/2020 AFTER PAYING A R9000.00 EXCESS !!!! , i had to call the panelbeater every 2 days to find out how far my vehicle was to be done.

on the 02/07/2020 i noticed that there was liquid leaking from the engine, during my claim process i asked Bianca that if i had any problems with the vehicle what must i do she said that if any problems came about the panelbeater will inform iWYZE of this.

i drove the vehicle from the 26/02/2020 until the 03/07/2020 which was less than 6 months and only drove 3400km as it was lockdown, i took my vehicle back to the panelbeater for this problem and informed logged a complaint with iWYZE in regards to this and mind you that this was an iWYZE approved panelbeater that they sent my car to. On he 02/07/2020 i brought anti-freeze and it was all over the garage floor.

after calling the panelbeater and speaking to Eben the manager at Milano panelbeaters he informed me that there was no water in the car i told that the reason i am send the car back to them, he told me he informed the insurance and an assessor would come out to check it.

On the 14/07/2020 Bianca sent me an email stating that the water and oil had mixed was the assessor report, but Eben from the panelbeater advised that there was no water in the car, i do not work on car so i would not know what happens in the engine, i was told by Bianca that my claim will not be covered i informed her that the liquid which seemed to be anti-freeze that was leaking from the car would have been caused by something the panelbeater had done, my car was fine for 3 years before being taken to be repaired.

it took the panelbeater a week to find the problem and i had to call every day and only took the assessor less than 48 hours to say what happened.

i am highly upset !!!! and disappointed !!!!! at iWYZE in this matter Milano panelbeaters says the warranty of their workmanship done on the car is only 3 months but there website says there is a 2 year warranty on their workmanship, i also informed the insurance i found a nut on top of the engine as i was pouring anti-freeze.

All smoke and mirrors here.
