Unthinkably bad

Our dealings with Milano Furniture in Woodstock Cape Town was one of the worst service and product experiences of my life. After spending hours on phone calls and emails to get the product out of them on the contracted date, they manufactured and delivered the wrong product. We had no recourse since they made us pay in full before delivery. They completely ignored subsequent emails and phone calls. Steer clear of this company! The owner is always overseas when you ask to speak to him and their office Manager, Viola is rude and unhelpful to say the least. She does not return calls or deliver on promises made. This company is a disgrace!
