Zero customer care at Miladys online

I placed an order and paid for it (online) on 16 January 2023. This was my first (and probably last) online order. After several queries, i am still to get the stuff. Whenever i write to them they assure me the matter has been resolved but i have not received the goods. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. I am gatvol.
