Wrong size on hanger, store refuses to exhange

I bought tights from Miladys Bloemfontein, Mimosa Mall on 5 September 2023. The hanger showed it was a size Large. I did not fit the tights in store, because i know i wear a size Large. When i got home, i saw that the size on the label inside the tights was a size Small. Due to the fact that i live 35km outside of bloemfontein, i could not return the paid immediately. I went into town today 14 September 2023, to exchange the pair at Miladys Fleurdal in Bloemfontein. I explained to one of the employees that i want to exchange for the correct size. She declined my request because the tag was not still attached to the tights. I explained to her that the tag got caught in something and that it is still in the bag, just not attached to the tights. She said that she still cant exchange. I went to the shelf to check on the other pairs hanging, i took a photo of those pairs, also having the wrong hanger on the wrong size. I showed the lady that helped me, and she said that, that does not change anything. Now i have to sit with a pair of tights, worth R200, that i can not use or do anything with.
