Wrong information given

I am disappointed that one must struggle so much just to get hold of their stores. I tried calling Clearwater, Northgate, Eastgate, forurways and Maponya but no one answered. Eventually I was able to get hold of someone at Lenasia. I asked about a certain sale and I was told it's still on. So I drove all the way to Northgate which the website says they close t 17:00, to my surprise the store is closed. As if that's enough, I go to Clearwater and I get told the swimwear sale of an extra 50% was only yesterday. I told the lady that I was told it's still on but the lady says nope. So my question is that why is Miladys not moving with the times

Do they even care about their customers? I'm gutted right now.
