WOW - A first

Went to Miladys on 8/8/2015. Saw a pair of boots but unfortunately not my size. After a few phone calls to other branches I left the store empty handed. Big was my surprise when later the day I received a call from CHANTAL who found my number after tracing it on a entry form completed by my daughter. She saw the same handwriting and thought I was the person looking for the pair of boots. Chantal informed me that she was going to try and locate a pair of boots.<br> Today I received a call from Chantal to say that she found me a pair of boots. Chantal - thank you for your extra trouble and willingness to find a pair of boots for me. This is EXCELLENT service on your part. Miladys your are truly lucky to have such a dedicated person on your staff.
