WORST ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE
The worst online purchase experience ever!! I will definitely not be supporting them anymore. Call center staff was not rude, but not friendly either. After 7 working days, I still have no answer to when my parcel will be delivered. No one seems to take the time or effort to sort out my issue.
