Worst customer service experience

I visited Miladys Heidelberg Mall Gauteng and received the worst service. The manager of the store was uninterested in assisting me I had to insist they call operations that confirmed they could assist. She was just not willing to. I called the customer care line on the 19th of September that was also the day I was at the store. Spoke to a lady named Sthembele at the contact center who assured me an area manager would call me back this did not happen to date. Cleary this disinterest in customer experience is a norm.

Clearly not interested in the consumer experience at all.
