Worst customer service ever

Had one of the worst service from Miladys in Bedfordview centre from a lady the name of Nancy, she was so so rude, she even called security on me as if i was doing something ******* whilst i needed assistance since i lost my card and i dont know my account hence im supposed to be paying from monthend. Your staff needs some customer service training, so disappointed.
