Worst customer service

Miladys is the worst clothing store and not professional. I went to get a refund and they are telling me they dont have money. What kind of store never has a mere R700 with them . Im disappointed by the fact that now i have to wait until "they have money" to be assisted. I have done a refund elsewhere and never struggled so much.
