I am quite disheartened by the customer service experience at Miladys. My mother had saved for months to purchase her favorite boots, specifically timing the acquisition for her birthday. Unfortunately, after just one day's wear, the heel began to misalign.

When she took the boots to the nearest store, Jubilee Mall, she was informed that they could not process the return as it would impact their stock management. Subsequently, she made two trips to the Menlyn Miladys store, only to be told that the manager was unavailable both times.

Despite her efforts to escalate the issue, she did not receive any follow-up communication regarding her complaint. Upon her third visit, she was informed that it was too late for an exchange. This situation is particularly disheartening as my mother has consistently valued Miladys for their footwear, making this experience all the more frustrating given her loyalty to the brand.
