Which rule of laybye cancellation that says u not allowed to laybye again according to branch 142 manager

On 29/12/20 went to Mildays branch 142 to cancel my laybye when I got there they told me they don’t have enough cash 220 for that matter so I told thembelihle shabalala I will wait cause I only come for cancellation in town, manager by name of rakisha come and state that If I cancel I won’t be allow to make a laybye in any Mildays but that rule is not written in slip neither very rude manager her attitude was written all over her face and tone of voices.....
