What's is happening to Miladys

I ordered shoes from them 28 August. I called twice to check my order status, each time where I hold for more than 10min just to have the phone drop in my ear and to start all over. I emailed and I get the same response each week telling me it will definitely be there next week. We ordered these shoes for a matric farewell on the 30th of Sept. That's in two weeks!?
