What happen to customer service!!!!

Was today at miladys in canal walk after 5 pm looking for a few things for my mom, staff was standing around have gossiping in a corner instead of helping me as a customer, I just looked and walked out not even a smile, what happen to customer service, don't be angry at the world if u have to work in a mall that trades till 9 u made that choice.....regards lynn
