Very disgusted

I am so very disgusted with Miladys. I PAID my account in full and STOPPED my card in June 2020 already. The lady working at the Miladys shop helped me fill in the form to end/stop/discontinue my Miladys account. She checked on the computer everything that had to be canceled. Done. They faxed the form to the head office and yet they did not stop charging me for club fees, service fees, account holder fees and interest! A month later I received a statement showing they charged me with fees. I went to the spesific Miladys at which I had filled in the form to close my account. The lady there said they'd get back to me the next day which was the Monday after they had a chance to speak with Head Office to query why they had not closed my account with Miladys. I never heard from them. So I would really appreciate an explanation as to why you are still charging me with fees???
