Very bad service

I requested a size medium top, they only had a small, I received a phone call to collect it, unfortunately I did not make a note of all the details of the call, I went to Miladys in Parow centre, there was no recollection of any phone call, I received a phone call a SECOND time, noting the time and cell no. I arrived at the shop, again, no recollection, I tried to phone the number I couldn't get through, I am appalled at the service of Miladys, really and truly I am disgusted!!
