utterly disappointing and sneaky service from staff

I am utterly disappointed in the service I received at miladys in kenilworth centre cape town First the employees had sold a dress I ordered and waited for so long to another customer. When I found another dress and lay byed it. I came home today to find that it was a reject dress. This was not at all what I choose from the railings. It seemed to be swapped. Where will I find a similar dress now at such short notice?
