Urgent attention: Miladys, Pathetic Service

Good day

I have tried calling Miladys about 15 times no one answers the calls I have also mailed them with no feedback, is this the service Miladys provides to customers.

I bought an outfit for my mum whom resides in Durban, the outfit is the incorrect size, I selected size 40 and received size 102. I need the outfit returned and a voucher provided.

My mum is unable to exchange the item herself due to her underling conditions and I reside in Johannesburg.

I require an urgent response please.

I have mail MRP as well with no feedback.
