Upset

I have now had an account with Miladys and my account is in now being threated to be handed over. Over monies I have been disputing for months. I have requested to have this insurance canceled, their department never answers the phone and yet cancelation policy is 30 days. Their policy is aimed at getting mote money from me and yet they are not accessible. I am disappointed and upset at this rate. Please help!!!
