Upset

I have tried numerous times in store and the call centre to speak to the buyer about a particular blouse - new stock -wanting to see if there will be other colours coming in .

Do you think I can get get through to a buyer ! NO !

Store managers cannot tell you , call centres say they can’t assist and won’t put you through to a buyer ????

Not the first time it’s happened to me .
