Unhappy Customer

I bought a pants in March but when I got home I reaslised it was to big. I was not able to take it back to exchange it for a size small but when I went to yor Clanwiwlliam branch to exchange it for another one they said they could not do it as it was to old. I am really upset about this as I only buy all my cloths at Miladys, I was not asking for my money back I just wanted a smaller size. But after the service I got from this branch I think my days of buy from Miladys if finished.
