Undelivered parscel.

I ordered on line for delivery to store. The notification says out for delivery on 9th Decemberbut has not arrived. I have emailed no responce tryed whatsuo told to track parcel but dont have a tracking numbr.It is not reflected on any of the paper work I have.Phoning impossible ,long wait and then got cut off. What do I do now???
