Unavailable During Operating Hours!!!

Got a posted statement whilst I clearly asked in the store to email this rather. Gave my email address. Called the call centre on Wednesday 23 September @ 15:20 and I get the IVR with the message:\Sorry we are closed. Please call us during business hours Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00"!!! Called headoffice in Durban. After 6 times (!) I got through to the Financial Manager. Explained the story to her. She took my details and said someone would call me back to assist. It's been a week now and still no call!!! Pathetic!!! I will consider closing my account rather!!!!!"""
